Do you deliver across India?
Yes — we ship pan-India from our workshop.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is a flat ₹99, and free on orders of ₹1,499 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Account → Orders — status updates there as your order is packed, shipped, and delivered.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn with tags on. Return shipping is covered by you.
How do I choose the right size?
Our sizes are grouped by age, and each product page lists its fit. See our size guide for tips, or ask us directly.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes — checkout runs through Razorpay, a secure payment gateway supporting UPI, cards, and net banking.
How do I reach a real person?
