Your information, looked after

What we collect when you shop with us, why we need it, and who else sees it.

Last updated 3 October 2026.

What we collect

Your account: your name, email address, a password (stored only as a one-way hash), and your mobile number if you add or verify it.

Your orders: delivery addresses you save or use, what you ordered, and what you paid. Saved addresses stay on your account until you remove them.

Payments are taken by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Card numbers are entered on Razorpay’s own checkout and never reach us; if you choose to save a card there, we keep only Razorpay’s reference to it with the last four digits, network and expiry date.

Things you send us: product reviews, return or delivery-issue requests and the photos you attach to them, and your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.

How we use it

To take, deliver and support your orders: confirming payment, arranging delivery, sending order and delivery updates, and handling cancellations, returns and refunds.

To keep the shop fair and secure, for example limiting how many pieces can be held in a bag without buying them.

Updates about an order you placed (confirmation, cancellation, refunds, delivery issues) are sent by email, and by WhatsApp to the phone number on the order. Other WhatsApp messages are sent only if you opted in at checkout, and newsletter emails only if you signed up.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: Razorpay (payments), our courier partner (your name, delivery address and phone number, to deliver your parcel), MSG91 (text and WhatsApp messages, including sign-in codes), our email provider (order emails), Cloudinary (photos you upload with a request) and our hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage on your device

We use a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, and a device cookie used only to apply the shop’s limits on holding pieces in a bag. Staff accounts use one more cookie for the admin area.

Your browser also keeps a few small items for the shop itself, such as a checkout in progress. They are cleared when you sign out.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
